Tracy is an
accomplished artist in a variety of art mediums, including faux finishing,
home decor, decorative painting, crafts and traditional painting on
canvas.
With a life long military background (both her
parents and her husband), Tracy had the opportunity to experience art
throughout Europe, Canada and the US. She refined her skills while
studying in Florence, Venice, Milan and Rome as well as Germany,
Switzerland and France. Her
unique combination of fine art and faux finishing techniques on a wide
variety of surfaces make for projects that are challenging, enjoyable,
fresh and contemporary. She enjoys being in the know with the latest
techniques and creating a few of her own.
Tracy’s high level of energy and
humorous approach to teaching make her classes and seminars fun. Her
bottomless well of ideas, creativity and eagerness to share her knowledge
only help to endear her to students.
