Using the shader, tip one corner in white and one in water; remove dripping water, paint small half circles around apron for lace. Paint two small circles white at neckline and with the liner, dot red for buttons. Use detail brush to dot the border on painted "lace" with white. Randomly place three dot clusters over dress area. With liner, paint wavy line border along rim. With round brush and white, paint flower border. Stripe each flower red with liner. Paint centers blue, dot white. Tip one corner of shader in green, one in sage. Paint each leaf with one stroke. Dot apron red with detail brush.
